Three weeks…

We are making every day a great day with new adventures and new friends that turn into great memories. 


Some of the highlights include:

* Being hypnotized: Hi my name is Mark and I like big booty.  (ask Lauren for the explanation)

* Just hanging out together on Kenzie's bed

* Meeting a National Hockey League Player Jimmy Howard who plays for the Detroit Red Wings.

Yahoo! School had officially started. They left with a smile on their faces and came home with Tim Horton's drinks in their hands and still smiling.  They did have a plan to tell me how horrible school was when they got home, but they couldn't keep a straight face.

Another highlight was hiking Chick Hill. The view at the top was worth every drop of sweat. We went earlier in the day to avoid the hot sun beating down on us but we couldn' t escape the high humidity. Spectacular views!

Still filling our days with activities until school starts in two days. We been supporting Kellsey at her field hockey games, shopping and going to the University of Maine football game. The weather has been beautiful. The sun shines and the temperature is usually in the high 70's. 

It must be half time…The three amigos are on their phones.

Two weeks….  

*Major shopping day in Freeport and S. Portland.  

*Attended the first day of school for new   incoming students and exchange students, (finally) and ready for school to start Sept. 2.

*Visited Bar Harbor. 

Every day is one step closer to feeling more comfortable in the USA.
